Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or utilizing Zenoria Technologies' autonomous systems, API connectors, and consultation services, you agree to comply with these terms of service in their entirety.

2. Service Description

Zenoria provides bespoke workflow automation, autonomous AI agent orchestration, process synthesis, and enterprise data pipeline services. All systems are custom-built per engagement.

3. System Availability & Service Level

Zenoria designs enterprise-grade autonomous systems targeting 99.8% system success rate and sub-second execution latency under standard operating parameters. Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are defined per contract.

4. Intellectual Property

All client proprietary business data, operational schemas, and internal workflows remain the exclusive property of the client. Zenoria retains rights to core underlying platform architectures, orchestration engines, and proprietary decision-matrix software.

5. Limitation of Liability

Zenoria shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from system deployments, except where expressly covered by the applicable SLA or enterprise contract terms.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, Zenoria will securely export all client data and cryptographically purge all retained operational records within 14 business days.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable enterprise technology service regulations and the jurisdiction specified in the client engagement contract.
